Audit Log
The Audit Log is a complete, chronological record of every action ListGuard has taken in your workspace. Every suppression job, data sync, suppression preview, and win-back campaign launch is recorded here with its outcome.
Entry types
| Icon | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 🔄 | FULL sync | ListGuard fetched profiles and events from Klaviyo |
| 🛡️ | Suppression job | A rule ran and suppressed profiles |
| 🔍 | Suppression preview | A rule was previewed (no profiles suppressed) |
| 🔥 | Win-back launched | A win-back campaign was started |
Entry details
Each log entry shows:
- Action name — e.g. “FULL sync” or the suppression rule name
- Trigger — whether it was manual or automatic
- Outcome numbers — profiles synced, profiles suppressed, profiles protected
- Status — Completed, Pending, or Failed
- Date — when the action ran
Using the Audit Log
The Audit Log is primarily useful for:
- Debugging — if a suppression run produced unexpected results, the log shows exactly what happened
- Compliance — proof that suppression rules are running as intended
- Monitoring — confirm that scheduled syncs are completing successfully
