Settings
Settings is where you manage your Klaviyo connection, configure how ListGuard notifies you, and set up global exclusion rules that protect specific profiles from ever being suppressed.
Klaviyo Connection
The Klaviyo Connection card shows:
- Account name — the company name from your Klaviyo account
- Account ID — your Klaviyo account identifier
- Status — Active or Disconnected
- Connected — when the OAuth connection was made
- Last Sync — the most recent data sync timestamp
Actions
- Force Full Sync — immediately trigger a complete re-fetch of all profiles and events
- Disconnect — revoke ListGuard’s access to Klaviyo (you’ll need to reconnect to use the app again)
Recent Syncs
The Recent Syncs list shows the last five sync jobs with their status and profile count. Full details are in the Audit Log.
Alert Notifications
Configure where ListGuard sends tier breach warnings, suppression summaries, and profile unlock notifications.

| Email alerts | Check the box and enter an email address. Multiple addresses are not currently supported — use a distribution list if needed. |
| Slack webhook | Check the box and paste your Slack incoming webhook URL. ListGuard sends a formatted message for each alert. |
Click Save Notifications to apply changes.
VIP & Global Exclusions
Global exclusions define profiles that will never be suppressed, regardless of what individual suppression rules say. This is your safety net for your most valuable customers.
Global LTV protection
Enter a dollar threshold. Any profile with lifetime revenue above this amount is permanently excluded from all suppression rules.
Example: Set $200 to ensure every customer who has spent more than $200 with you is never removed.
Global recent-purchase protection
Enter a number of days. Any profile that has made a purchase within this window is excluded.
Example: Set 90 to protect anyone who has bought something in the last 90 days.
VIP Klaviyo lists
Load your Klaviyo lists and select any lists whose members should be globally excluded. Profiles on these lists will never be suppressed — useful for VIP programmes, loyalty members, or your internal team.
Click Save Exclusions to apply.
Global exclusions take precedence over all suppression rules, including the Dead Profile Purge. Even a profile with zero engagement in three years will be protected if they appear on a VIP list or exceed your LTV threshold.
