Settings
The Settings page is split into four tabs. Navigate between them by clicking the tab labels or appending ?tab= to the URL.
General tab
Workspace info
Displays your workspace Name and Slug — the unique identifier used in URLs and API references.
Alert Notifications
Configure where ListGuard sends tier breach warnings, suppression summaries, and profile unlock notifications.

| Email alerts | Check the box and enter an email address. Use a distribution list if you need multiple recipients. |
| Slack webhook | Check the box and paste your Slack incoming webhook URL. ListGuard posts a formatted message for each alert. |
Click Save Notifications to apply changes.
Recent Syncs
Shows the last five sync jobs with their type, status, and profile count. Full history is in the Audit Log.
Force Full Sync triggers an immediate complete re-fetch of all profiles and events from Klaviyo.
VIP & Global Exclusions
Global exclusions define profiles that will never be suppressed, regardless of individual suppression rules.
| Exclusion | Description |
|---|---|
| Global LTV protection | Any profile whose lifetime revenue exceeds this threshold is permanently protected |
| Global recent-purchase | Any profile with a purchase within this many days is excluded |
| VIP Klaviyo lists | Load your Klaviyo lists and select any whose members should always be excluded |
Global exclusions override all suppression rules, including Dead Profile Purge. A profile on a VIP list will never be suppressed regardless of engagement.

Klaviyo
Shows the status of your Klaviyo OAuth connection.

| Connected | How long ago the OAuth connection was made |
| Last sync | Time of the most recent data sync |
| Permissions granted | OAuth scopes ListGuard has been authorized for |
Actions
- Re-connect — runs the OAuth flow again; useful if tokens have expired or permissions changed
- Revoke access — permanently removes ListGuard’s access to Klaviyo. All syncs, suppression jobs, and win-back campaigns stop immediately. Your existing data in ListGuard is preserved. You can reconnect at any time.
Revoking access stops all automated jobs. Active win-back campaigns and scheduled suppression rules will not run until you reconnect.

Team Members tab
Invite colleagues and assign roles so the right people have the right access. See Team Members & Roles for full documentation.
Subscription tab
Shows your current plan, billing interval, and renewal date. From here you can:
- View which features are included in your plan
- Open the Billing Portal to manage your subscription, update payment methods, or download invoices
- Upgrade from the free plan
