Win-Back Launcher
Before suppressing cold or dead profiles, give them one last chance to re-engage. Win-Back Launcher enrolls disengaged contacts into a Klaviyo re-engagement flow. Profiles that still don’t engage after the flow runs are then automatically suppressed.
How Win-Back works
ListGuard identifies cold or dead profiles matching your criteria
Profiles are added to a Klaviyo list that triggers your win-back flow
Profiles that don’t re-engage after the flow are automatically suppressed
Launching a campaign
Click ”+ Launch Campaign”
Opens the Launch Win-Back Campaign dialog.
Select a Klaviyo flow
Choose the Klaviyo list/flow you’ve set up for re-engagement. ListGuard will add the selected cold profiles to this list, which triggers the flow in Klaviyo.
Before launching: Make sure you have a re-engagement flow set up in Klaviyo that triggers when a profile is added to a specific list. A simple 2–3 email sequence with a discount offer typically achieves 8–15% re-engagement.
Launch
Click Launch Campaign. ListGuard enrolls the cold/dead profiles and records the campaign in your history.
Campaign history
The Campaign History table shows every win-back campaign with:
- Campaign name and launch date
- Profiles enrolled — how many contacts were added to the flow
- Re-engaged — how many opened an email or made a purchase after the flow
Stats overview
The three stat cards at the top of the page show your all-time totals:
